FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

[AUSTIN, TX] – The League for Sportsmen, Law Enforcement & Defense has officially endorsed U.S. Senator Ted Cruz in his bid for re-election, citing his unwavering commitment to law enforcement and public safety throughout his time in office.

Senator Cruz, who has represented Texas in the U.S. Senate since 2013, has built a reputation as a staunch defender of the Constitution, including advocating for the rights of law enforcement officers. With a focus on preserving law and order, Cruz has consistently worked to ensure that the brave men and women who serve as police officers are supported with the resources they need to protect their communities.

As Texas faces ongoing challenges related to border security, crime, and public safety, Senator Cruz has positioned himself as a leading voice for stronger law enforcement initiatives. He has been a vocal supporter of increased funding for police departments, improved officer training programs, and tougher penalties for violent crime.

The League for Sportsmen, Law Enforcement & Defense is a nonprofit political organization that supports law enforcement officers, promotes the rule of law, and advocates for pro-law and order judges, prosecutors, and legislators who carry out their responsibilities in a manner consistent with those values. In their endorsement letter, The League cited Senator Ted Cruz’s unwavering support for law enforcement and his legislative work to increase funding and resources, improve safety measures, and protect officers from undue harm as key reasons for their endorsement.

With The League’s endorsement, Cruz’s campaign gains further momentum as he seeks to continue his work in the Senate, defending the interests of Texans and supporting those who serve on the front lines of law and order. The League for Sportsmen, Law Enforcement & Defense encourages all Texans to vote for Senator Ted Cruz on November 5th.
